The new retail space will be a major asset to the Devine Street community, as well as to the residents that call Devine District home. It will also provide an upscale outdoor dining and entertainment area to allow for a quaint and enjoyable ambiance.

Devine Street is Columbia’s premiere boutique commercial district as it is nestled between three of Columbia’s oldest residential neighborhoods and hosts a unique blend of shopping, dining, office, and living opportunities.

The Green will mirror and expand upon the live, work, and play environment that The Devine District already provides the community.

“We believe it’s important to design communities to bring people together by way of walkways, gathering places, amenities, and more to foster spontaneous encounters to create foundations for relationships among those who live, work, and play in the greater community. These relationships help to promote a greater connection to build shared interests and find common values, complimenting the wonderful ambiance of Devine Street.”

Sully’s Steamers, owned by Michael and Brittany Stuckey of Southern Way Catering, will open their first location in the Midlands at The Green. The delicatessen originated in Greenville, SC, and puts a twist on your typical sandwich by serving all of theirs on bagels. Each sandwich is steamed and served hot, and their menu includes options ideal for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Joining Sully’s Steamers at The Green will be the award-winning local bakery, Ally & Eloise Bakeshop. Ally & Eloise is excited to share their sweet treats and smiles with more wonderful people at the new Devine Street bakery. They can’t wait to add another location and give people a beautiful space where they can indulge and enjoy their delicious desserts.
